About the job VP Commercial
The VP Commercial is responsible for developing and executing the Company's national commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and strengthen market positioning within the transportation industry.
Job Descriptions:
- Define and execute the national commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration, aligned with the company's vision and long-term objectives.
- Set direction and priorities across all commercial functions, including corporate sales, reservations, call centers, and commercial area development in hotels and airports, ensuring maximum contribution to strategic business goals.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and new initiatives to strengthen the company's competitive position in the national market.
- Drive commercial digital transformation and innovation, including systems and tools that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and scalability across all regions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors, managing relationships with key clients and strategic partners, and ensuring the commercial function serves as a critical driver of business decisions.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in commercial roles (commercial operations, sales, business development, or revenue management), with 5-7 years in senior leadership positions at a national scale.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end commercial functions, including Go-To-Market execution, channel management, and commercial operations.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, mobility, technology, or platform-based services is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-location organizations and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, solid analytical capability, and effective executive-level leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
